 冷天受傷最麻煩了..
有去看醫生嗎？這種通常要先冰敷幾天後才能開始熱敷喔！
或是泡泡熱水澡..但先別泡到傷心處..

之後如果能在茫茫人海中找到暖男用火雲掌通體敷個幾回合 ..
然後緊緊抱住妳..相信..幫助應該不大..
希望妳快快好起來，才好出去玩～

受傷了還要上班 ，身體比較重要，當下腫要先
冰敷，在去看中醫或先貼藥膏或擦藥膏，
天氣冷，真的要注意保暖，注意安全，再加上
天雨路滑，多保重身喔，希望妳早安康復，
